Week Preview June 19-24

What an awesome summer party that was on Saturday you guys! Thank you so much to Cathy and Richard for being our hosts and to everyone who came out. It was a really great time.

So this week we begin a new cycle! New strength movements for the Foundation group and Building shifts to a bit more of a squat and overhead strength focus. Plus (everyone loves this) we have bench press back on Saturdays!

Monday

BS, Sled Drag, Incline Bench, Chins, Rev Step up

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo DL

Building: BS, FS

Tuesday

WB Workout!

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

DL, Band Pull in, Flye, Powell Raise, SL Back Extn

Foundation: Split Squat, BB Row

Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

Nordic, L-sit, DB Extn Rot, Lateral Raise, Deep Splt Squat

Foundation: Conditioning – lots of running J

Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press + Interval Conditioning
