Week Preview June 13-18

So we’re into the last 3 weeks of this 9 week Foundation strength cycle. We’ll continue with our short running sprint work, weather permitting. And we’ll be doing some more sustained sprint work on Saturday this week.

Monday

Seated GM, Garhammers, Rev Step up, Tib Raise, Pigeon

Foundation: Snatch Grip RDL, FS

Building: Hang Snatch, BS

Tuesday

WB workout (Another Fight Gone Bad)

Wednesday

Conditioning (gymnastics practice) & Stretch

Thursday

CPB, Pull ups, Sled Drag, Running Sprints, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: Hang Clean, Push Press

Friday

Everyone:

Tempo FS/BS

Saturday

Sprint work today. High intensity bursts with long rest/recovery in between
