Building – Rest Up Or Join In!
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest Up!
Building – C&J + Sweat Time…But Not For Time… (WB/Dips/KBS/Row)
Friday:
Foundation – Bench & Pistols + Bike/Row/Bike
Building – Push Press & Pistols + Bike/Row/Bike
Saturday:
