Building – Snatch + FSQ + Alt. EMOTM (Sled/Row)

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Rowing Intervals + Work Hard, Rest Hard (KBS/Burpees)

Building – DU Intervals + Work Hard, Rest Hard (P-Cl/Burpees)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Light Aerobic Intervals (Row/Bear Crawl/Step Ups/Hollow Hold/Bike)

Building – Rest Up Or Join In!

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Up!

Building – C&J + Sweat Time…But Not For Time… (WB/Dips/KBS/Row)

 

Friday:

Foundation – Bench & Pistols + Bike/Row/Bike

Building – Push Press & Pistols + Bike/Row/Bike

 

Saturday:

No Team Workout Today, So Join Coach Kyle For Some Intervals and End Your Morning With A Couple Runs!
