Monday:

Foundation – Split Squat + UB Push + Aerobic (Row)

Building – Snatch Complex + Jerk + Back Squat

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Low % Aerobic

Building – Gymnastic Intervals + Aerobic Power (Pull Up/burpees/Run)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Front Squat & Back Squat + Curls & Press + Aerobic (KBS/Run/burpees)

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Snatch Balance + Clean & Jerk + RDL

 

Friday:

Foundation – RDL + UB Pressing/Pulling + Aerobic (Row/Wall Ball/Burpee Box Jump)

Building – Gymnastic Intervals + Low % Aerobic (AD/TGU/Row)

 

Saturday:

Everyone – Jumping/Throwing/Sprinting + “The Gauntlet” (Sled Sprints/Burpees)
