Week Preview July 31 – August 5

Well guys we had some winners this weekend. Cathy with a 1st place and Dylan and Mel with a first place. I, unfortunately, am not a 1st place athlete, I just coach 1st place athletes 😉 Anyway back to work! Summer is half over, and we’re almost at the end of the cycle.

Monday

BS, Sled drag, Incline Bench, Chin ups, Rev Step ups

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo DL

Building: Snatch, FS

Tuesday

WB workout

Thursday

DL, Band Pull in, Flye, Powell Raise, SL Back Extension

Foundation: Lunge/BS Superset, Bent Row

Building: Clean Complex+ Jerks

Friday

Nordics, L-sit, External Rotation, Lateral Raise, Split Squat

Everyone: Running & Stretching

Saturday

Bench Press (test) + AMRAP Conditioning
