Week Preview July 27-Aug 1

It’s our last week of this Foundation cycle. After this week we change the big lifts and incorporate our WB workouts back into the mix. So, if you’re feeling it, this is the week to see what you can do with either your DL, BS, PP or Pendlay Row. I’ve seen so much progress made on these lifts in the last 7 weeks, there’s some really great stuff goin’ on in the gym these days!

If you’re around the city on the long weekend come join us on Saturday for a fun partner workout that incorporates social distancing 🙂

Monday

Running, Walking Lunges, Tib Raise, Back Extn., Hip Flexion + Conditioning

*Being: Foundation plus 25 min AMRAP

Tuesday

Flye, Trap 3, Sled Drag, Curls, Tricep Press + Lifting

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press

Building: Power Clean + Jerk

Wednesday

Conditioning + Stretching

Thursday

CGBP or dips, DB Row, Sled push/pull, Couch Stretch + Conditioning

Friday

Calf Raise, Nordic, Garhammer + Lifting – Tempo FS + BS

Foundation: Pendlay Row

Building: Snatch

Saturday

Conditioning – Holiday Weekend Partner Workout!

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
