Howdy peeps. Hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful weather. I have been impressed with our summer attendance so far, obviously a little slower in here, but actually one of our busiest summers yet. Great job finding the time to get into Sublime, and giving me a reason, to write this rhyme.
Schedule note for next week: Friday July 31 & will have slightly different hours, and we will be closed Saturday August due to me fishing up in Ontario for my bachelor party and our staff is unable to cover the shifts. I apologize for any inconvenience the schedule change may cause.
Okay! Foundation somehow manages MORE volume in week 2. Building begins with a de-load and a new cycle. Being wraps up testing, which may or may not contain a 10:00 bike ride. Hint: It does. 🙂

Foundation – Back Squat & Ring Pull Up + Forward Lunge & DB Reverse Flyes + LP (Sled/Row)
Building – Back Squat + Press + KBS/Dips/Row
Tuesday:
Foundation – Core Strength + Conditioning
Building – Deadlift + Pull Ups + Double KB shenanigans & Chin Up Work
Wednesday:
Foundation – Bench & Single Leg RDL + Single Limb Strength + Curls & Paloff & FLR!
Building – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – Lateral Hops & Shuttle Run + Pause Back Squat + Bench
Friday:
Foundation – RFESS + DB Row + Push Ups + Hip Ext. + Bike Ride
Building – Clean + Chins + Long Aerobic Row
Saturday:
