Both groups enter week 2/3.
Also, we received a notice from the city of Winnipeg on Friday stating that Armstrong will be closed for construction starting sometime this week (I know, thanks for the lengthy heads up). Anyway, you will not be able to access the gym or park on Armstrong until the construction is completed. We are working on alternative parking options. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Monday:
Foundation – Back Rack Reverse Lunge & Ring Row + Dips and Curls and Push Ups and all sorts of good stuff!
Building – Snatch battery + Clean & Jerk Complex + Back Squat
Tuesday:
Foundation – More Lactic Power work! Row + Burpees + KBS & Running
Building – Gymnastic Intervals + Trying to make this a little worse than last week as we dig into the Lactic Threshold as well :). Pull Ups + Burpees + Running + Thrusters + T2B + PCleans ++ AD Finisher. I can hear the groans already.
Wednesday:
Foundation – Everyone’s favorite addition to the squat. 1 1/4 Squats + CrossFit Aerobic (AD/Box Jump/Push ups)
Building – Rest and deal with the DOMs in your legs.
Thursday:
Foundation – Your turn to deal with the soreness.
Building – Snatch + Snatch Balance + OHS & Deadlift
Friday:
Foundation – Deadlift + DB Press/Goblet Step Ups/Ring Row + AD
Building – Gymnastic Intervals + Aerobic Intervals (Deadlift/Burpee/DU/Front Squat/KBS/Clean)
Saturday:
Everyone: A good Ol Fashion beat down on a Saturday Morning: AD/Prowler/Row/Wall Ball
