Friday

Sled Push, Seated GM, Leg Raise, Bike, Couch Stretch + Lifting

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press

Building: Pwr Clean + Push Jerk

Saturday

Conditioning – Partner Workout

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS

Being: HS Walk aways, DU’s
