Foundation – Back Squat & Ring Pull Ups + DB Lunges & DB Reverse Flyes + Intervals (Sled/Row)

Building – % Back Squat + Press + Strength Accessory

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Midline Stability + “Around the World” Aerobic Intervals (Row/Bike/Skip/Sled/Step Ups)

Building – “Stand on Band” Deadlifts + Alt EMOM (Clean/Jump/Rope/Sled)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – Bench + Single Arm/Leg Work + Curls & Press & Paloff Presses

Building – Rest

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest

Building – Front Squat + Bench + Db Snatch/Ring Row/Bike

 

Friday:

Foundation – RFESS + 3 Point DB Row + Push Ups + Rowing

Building – Clean Complex + Pull Ups + Bike Test

 

Saturday:

Everyone – Intervals (Run/WB/Burpee/Bike)
