Week Preview – July 13-18

Well looks like we’re gonna have a bit of a heat wave this week. You guys can prob tell I’m not a huge fan of air conditioning – but we’ll use it this week so we don’t die.

Monday

Chest flye, Sled Drag, Curls, Inverted Row, Tricep Extension

Foundation: Pendlay Row, Back Squat
Building: OHS, Hang P-Sn

Tuesday

Everyone: WB Workout (New!! A hyrox style workout, there will be running involved)

Wednesday

Recovery Conditioning and Stretch

Thursday

Salter Run (or Row if you cant or won’t run), CGBP, Sled Push, DB Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press
Building: Hng CJ, Push Press  

Friday

Tempo Squats 

Saturday

Partner in the Park Workout! (weather permitting)
