I’m posting this early because for one I want the Building group to be mentally, physically, and beast mode(ly?) prepared for heavy lifting this week. Also, because I’m spending the weekend at a friends lake. Hope you get a chance to get away too, supposed to be a beautiful one!
Foundation wraps up with increased volume in week 4/4. Building pushes for max lifts in week 3/4. Being starts a testing period…. it should go without saying that we NEED you to post during this time, Being group…. hint hint……….
Monday:
Foundation – Front Squat & Chin Ups + Split Squats + Pull Up Work + The Peak of Bike Sprints!
Building – Tossing Balls + Back Squat 1RM + Press 1RM + Strength Accessory that you probably won’t care about after maxing out but you should do it anyway…. 🙂
Tuesday:
Foundation – TGU + Core Stability Work and Single Modality Aerobic
Building – EMOM TILL YOU BE GONE (Clean/Jumping/Rope/Shuttles)
Wednesday:
Foundation – DB Bench & RDL + DB Press & Leg Curls + Intervals with your favs (Push Ups/KBS/Row)
Building – Rest & Rest
Rest Day?
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest & Dream of Lollipops
Building – DB Snatch Play + Bench 1Rm + Front Squat + Tough Intervals (DB Sn/Bulgarian Ring Row/Bike)
MAX BENCH GET FIRED UP
Friday:
Foundation – Back Squat & Ring Row + Single Leg Fun + Aerobic Intervals (WB/Burpee)
Building – Clean 1RM + Pronated Pull Up + “I Can’t Drive, 55” 🙂 – A New Creation That Involves The Bike
Saturday:
Everyone: Long Aerobic Intervals (Row/Bike/Run)
