Week Preview July 12-17

New foundation strength cycle begins this week. This cycle has a high focus on compound barbell strength movements within the lifting portion of the class as well as the foundation.

Monday

Back Squat (Building: OHS), Sled Drag, Incline Bench, Chin up, Frog Stretch + Lifting

Foundation: OHS, Sumo Deadlift
Building: Back Squat, Front Squat

Tuesday

Whiteboard Workout

Thursday

Deadlift, Band pull in, DB Flye, Powell Raise + Lifting

Foundation: Barbell Lunges, Bent over Barbell Row
Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Friday

Running, Sled Push, Split Squat & Lifting
Foundation: RDL, Strict Press
Building; Clean complex

Saturday

All Conditioning or Bench Press + Conditioning
