Rev Step up, Sled Drag, Ring Dip or Incline Bench, Inverted Row, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Split Squat, Row

Building: Snatch, CJ

Friday

DL, CBP, Straddle L-sit, Trap 3, Jefferson Curl

Foundation: Conditioning plus Abs

Building: Push Press, Strict Press

Saturday

Bench Press + Partner Workout
