Being: C2B & DU’s
Tuesday
Foundation: Shoulder Press, Chin-ups, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch, Trap 3, Cross-Bench Pullover
Building: Jerk
Being: Hang Snatch, Burpees, WB, Thrusters, Box Jump
Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility
LOTS of back and hip flexor work.
Thursday
Foundation & Building: Prep work + WHITEBOARD WORKOUT
Being: Add: MU’s & HSPU’s
Friday
Foundation: SL Band Pull in, Nordic Curl, Calf Raise, Front & Back Squat
Building: Add: Pwr Snatch
Being: Add: DU’s
Saturday
