Another awesome packed house this Saturday! If you enjoy the Sublime Saturday Series events, or just the Saturday classes, then you will love the upcoming Sublime Open! Beginning February 24th and running for 5 weeks, we will find new ways to challenge your fitness! During this time we will celebrate awesome efforts, new prs, top dawg performances, and pick out a Spirit Of Sublime winner! It is always a blast and I recently started creating the workouts, so I’m pretty jacked up about it! More to come, for now just keep on keeping on.
This week brings the first official Sublime Bootcamp Class (Feb.1), with Boxing beginning the following week (Feb.6). If you are a Sublime member, then you have access to these as well! If you have a friend interested in doing some fitness classes this is also a great way to get them in our doors, and jump into a workout with them. A 10 Pass is $100(tax included), and can be used for both the Bootcamp & Boxing classes.

Foundation – BSQ + KB Deficit Deadlifts & HEAVY Sled
Building – Snatch + Clean + Push Press & Chins
