Alrighttttt…. Foundation sees some change in week 4/4. Building gets a heavy dose of lifting in week 3/4!
Monday:
Foundation – Hip Thrusting continues + BSQ & Jumps + Split Sq + Suitcase Deadlift & Dead Bug Or If You Wanna Be A Hero
Building – Snatch + BSQ & Lean Away Pull Up + BB Step Ups & DB Row
Tuesday:
Foundation – Intervals Ramp Up! (WB/KBS/Bike/Box Jump/Burpee)
Building – Clean & Jerk Heavy + Deadlifts & Row + Box Jump & Row
Wednesday:
Foundation – MB Tosses + TGU + Incline Bench & Chin Ups + Arm Pump
Building – Rest Up & Eat Up
Thursday:
Foundation – Answer this
Building – Snatch + Heavy Thruster + Cleans
Friday:
Foundation – RDL + Incline DB Bench + DB Walking Lunge + FW & Upper Body Bike & Sled Pushes
Building – Aerobic & Mobility…..beeeeeeeeeeeecaaaaaaaaausssssssseeeee (see below)
Saturday:
Foundation – Crawls/Skip/Holds/Hip Ext/Planks/Bike/Twists/Row/Tuck Ups… basically what I am saying is your gonna sweat
