The Partner Hopper happened this weekend with Lisa and Stacie having the best score for the women and Don and Grayson for the men!
This week we have a deload for Building and Being, but the program is slightly different with what is essentially 3 circuit days and 3 conditioning days.
Here’s what’s in store for this week:
Monday
Everyone: Band pull-in, Back extension, Calf Raise, Goblet Squat, Couch Stretch
Tuesday
Everyone: Prep Work then Conditioning – Row, OHS, KBS, Bike, Burpees, Skipping
Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility
LOTS of back and hip flexor work.
Thursday
Everyone: Incline Bench, Ring Row, Sled Drive, Variety Stretch
Friday
Everyone: Prep work + WHITEBOARD WORKOUT
Saturday
Everyone: Conditioning – Sled
