Week Preview: Jan 18 – 23

Shout out to the folks who competed this past weekend. Some for the first time, some just over 4 months removed from giving birth, some doing the Rx’s division for the first time.. and some who have been doing this stuff for a long time! You all did great and it was fun to watch you, and hard to not be beside you coaching… although I did manage to get to the front of the crowd to yell a few things at Crystal.

Regardless of your placing, be proud of what you accomplished. It is a tough thing to put yourself out there in front of a big crowd. Nice job, Leslie, Dawny, Crystal, Matt, Jenelle, Nicole!

The Sublime Potluck is 2 weeks away, and the sign up sheet is filling up with delicious treats. If you are not talented in the art of creating food, please don’t let that deter you from coming. Monday:

Foundation – BB Hip Thrust + Back Sq & Box Jump + Single Leg Work & Core

Building – 3 Pos Sn + Back Sq & Chin Ups + Alt Leg Split Jerk & Band Pull Aparts

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Intervals! (WB/KBS/Row/Bike/Air Sq)

Building – 3 Pos Clean EMOM + Clean Deadlift & Push Ups + Intervals (Row/KBS)

 

Wednesday:

Foundation – TGU + Press & Chins + T-Push Ups & DB Bent Over Rows

Building – Rest Up!

 

Thursday:

Foundation – Rest Up

Building – GHR + H-Clean Thruster + Ring Row & Bench + Hip Ext & Curls

 

Friday:

Foundation – RDL + DB Alt Bench + DB Sp Sq ISO + Curl & Pressdown & Renegade Row

Building – Movement + Aerobic Conditioning

 

Saturday:

Foundation – Craaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwlllllling + Intervals, a little longer 🙂 (Bike/Skip/Row/Step Ups)

Building – Short and Sweet – For Time: Clean & Jerk & Rowing
