Week Preview February 28- March 5

New cycle begins this week! And the Sublime Open workouts continue on Saturdays. Depending on the length of the workouts released you may want to give yourself a bit more time than usual for your Saturday workouts. And if you’re craving the Whiteboard type workout, Saturday is when you’re gonna get that for the next month.

Monday

Push up, Row, DB Extn. Rotation, Powell Raise, Sled Drag

Foundation: Back Squat, Pendlay Row

Building: OHS, Snatch

Tuesday

Bike, Sissy Squats, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flexor Raise, Couch Stretch + Conditioning

Wednesday

Stretch and Conditioning

Thursday

Skip, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, 90/90 pulses

Foundation: RDL, Push Press

Building: Hng Cl + Jerk, Push Press

Friday

Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Tuck ups, Farmers Walk +

Foundation: Interval Conditioning

Building: Squats + Optional Conditioning

Saturday
