Depending on the length of the workouts released you may want to give yourself a bit more time than usual for your Saturday workouts. And if you’re craving the Whiteboard type workout, Saturday is when you’re gonna get that for the next month.

Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Tuck ups, Farmers Walk +
Foundation: Interval Conditioning
Building: Squats + Optional Conditioning
