Week Preview February 13-18

Hi guys, Awesome turn out and amazing effort at Feats of Strength this weekend. Most everyone either matched or exceeded their previous maxes on the lifts they chose and then we had a very exciting plank off!

The party was great! Wonderful turn out and Ashton and I were so touched by the gift that was presented to us. Thank you all so much for creating such a warm and supportive community.

Next up we have the first workout of the Sublime Open coming up on Saturday! Not many spots left for that workout so get signed up and come have some fun.

Foundation: RDL, Landmine Press

Building: CJ, Push Press

Friday

Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Extension, Tuck ups, Farmers Carry

Foundation: Interval Conditioning

Building: Squats + optional conditioning

Saturday
