We’ve got some conditioning to start this week off and then a focus on strength to finish the week off. We are open over the long weekend with a holiday class at 9:30 on Monday.

Foundation: Incline Bench, Ring Row, Sled Drive, Stretch, Lunges, Shuttle Run, Bike

Building: Push Press

Being: T2B, S2O

Tuesday

Everyone: Whiteboard Workout

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Foundation: RDL, Split Squat, L-sit, Tib raise

Building: Hi Hang Pwr Snatch, Halting Snatch Deadlift or Back Squat

Being: Add: MU’s and HSPU’s

Friday

Foundation: Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch, Trap 3, CB Pullover

Building: Push Press

Being: Row, DL, Box Jumps

Saturday

Conditioning or Lifting
