Holiday Monday Workout with Scott goes for 9:30! We will have a 6am class this Wednesday due to the compressed week. The Sublime Open kicks off this Saturday, the Crossfit Open kicks off this Sunday. If you are free, pop in on Sunday around 10:30am to see some Sublime athletes take on the first workout Crossfit HQ throws at them!

What is the Sublime Open? It is our spin on the Crossfit Open. You want these medals, don’t you? DON’T YOU!?!?!

Kyle has designed 5 workouts that will test different aspects of your fitness, we will take on one each Saturday over the next 5 weeks. The workouts are designed to be all inclusive for both Foundation & Building. Don’t let the title of this class scare you, it will not be much different than a regular ‘whiteboard workout’ or Saturday workout. It is a energy filled, fully supportive hour of fun each Saturday morning! This year we will release each Sublime Open workout on the Thursday evening, so you can study it, dissect it, then wonder how you completely misjudged it! Please sign up ASAP for these classes, I will need to plan accordingly. Looking forward to it!

Sublime Open 18.1 Hints: Our musical theme is Heavy & Hair, taking us back to a time when the lead guitarist was as important as the singer, maybe more important. They didn’t have to cut and package songs to fit the mainstream radio listeners attention span of 3:00….no no. Much like this workout it was about how long you rock out. Take that guitar solo and stretch this song out my man. 5:00? Awesome. 10:00? Now your talking, rip up those finger tips. 15:00? Dude your shreddin it!…. We talking 20:00 yet? I don’t know if anyone can handle that face melting riff. I’m looking forward to some Mick Jagger inspired hip pumping, we have 3 dance moves that will leave you weak in the knees praying to enter sandman. \m/ \m/ Rock On.

Monday:

Join Coach Scott For A Team Workout! Teams Of Three Will Tackle Some Air Squats, KBS, Bike, Push Ups!

 

Tuesday:

Foundation – Press + DB Push Jerk & Chins + Landmine Press & DB Rows

Building – Snatch + C&J + BSQ & Pull Ups

 

Wednesday:

Foundation & Building – Interval Day! 6:00 Work, 6:00 Rest.

 

Thursday:

Full Body Day. Farmer Walks, Plank Knee Tucks, Oblique Twists, Lateral Step Ups….etc

 

Friday:

Foundation – BSQ + KB Deadlift & Hip Ext

Building – Snatch + Clean + Push Press & BB Rows

 

Saturday:
