Hi everyone, we’re reopening the gym this week! Programming will still be provided, despite the fact that you will be doing your workouts independently. If you come in for Open Gym on the weekends there will still be two streams of Saturday programming that you can do on either day or you can choose to make up any day during the week that you missed. Due to the fact that no one is used to doing conditioning in masks we will be taking it a little easier and not be doing Whiteboard Workouts.
Monday is a holiday but we will have regular independent programming for that day.

Wall Balls, Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, 90/90 + Conditioning
Friday
Split Squat, Tib Raise, Back Ext, Tuck ups, Row + Lifting
Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press
Building: Hi Hang Pwr Clean, Push Press
