Hi everyone, the CrossFit Open begins on February 21. This is a five week celebration of fitness and friendly competition with new workouts and challenges announced every week.
We will be doing these workouts on Saturdays starting Feb. 23rd every weekend until March 23rd. There will be a scaled version for our Foundation level members and the Rx version for anyone who wants to attempt it. This will be run in exactly the same way as our Sublime Open has in the past, in other words, essentially like our Whiteboard Workouts.
We’ll track scores and announce the winners after the 5 weeks. Don’t worry if you can’t attend all of them. Most people have to miss at least one, so you might still be in the running.
We’ll also plan a fun social event to wrap up on the last day, March 23rd.

Foundation: Band Pull-In, Back Extension, DB Calf Raise, Goblet Squat, Couch Stretch
Building: Add – Hi Hang Pwr Clean & Snatch Deadlift or Back Squat
Being: Add – HSPU’s & DU’s
Tuesday
Everyone: Prep work + Conditioning
Being: Add – Sled & Hang Snatch
Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility
Lower body focus, a little extra hamstring work.
Thursday
Foundation: Incline Bench, Ring Row, Sled Drive, Variety Stretch
Building: Add – Push Press
Being: Add – MU’s & HSPU’s
Friday
Everyone: Prep work + WHITEBOARD WORKOUT
Being: Add – T2B, Pwr Clean, and Row
Saturday
Conditioning: BJSD, Push-ups, Bike, leg raises, air squats, Row
Lifting: Snatch, CJ
Being: add Skill: sub HS Walks & DU’s into Conditioning
