Allllllllllllright… We kinda changed the cycles around a little, Foundation rolls on in what is now week 2/3. Building wraps up a 8 week cycle with some heavy lifts and classic testers… hope you carb loaded on Saturday!
Monday:
Foundation – Hip Thrust Glute Pump + BSQ & Jumps + Split Sq + Suitcase Deadlifts & Dead Bugs
Building – Heavy Snatch (Max if feeling good) + Squat 5RM + Pull Up AMAP
Tuesday:
Foundation – Aerobic Intervals (Row/KBS/Skip/WB/Burpees)
Building – Clean & Jerk Max + ‘Christine’
Wednesday:
Foundation – MB Throws + TGU + Incline Bench & Chin Ups + Arm Pump
Building – Rest Up
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest Day
Building – Clean Max + Bench 5RM + AMRAP (Thruster/Burpee)
Friday:
Foundation – RDL + DB Bench + Walking Lunge + Farmer Walk & UB Bike & Sled
Building – Easy Aerobic & Mobility
Saturday:
Foundation – Crawls/Skips/Rowing/Bike/Midline Strength
Building – ‘For Time’ (C&J/WB/BJ)
