Tuesday:
Foundation – Back Squat + Row/Bike Sprints
Building – Back Squat + RDL + Conditioning (Skip/KBS/Burpees) OR Strength (Hip Ext/Core strength)
Being – Front Squat + Box Jump/PCL/Push Up + Air Squats till your brain explodes…
Wednesday:
Foundation – Press + Mixed Map (WB/Box Jump/Burpees/KBS)
Building & Being – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – H-PCl + Front Squat + Conditioning(Sled&Bike) OR Strength (Core)
Being – Snatch + Thursters/T2B
Friday:
Foundation – Deadlift + Step ups & SL KB RDL + Core
Building – Push Jerk + Bench + Conditioning (DB Snatch/Bike) OR Strength (DB Press/Chin Ups/Curls until your brain explodes)
Being – Deadlift + Grinder(Skip/Sit Ups/DB Clean/Burpees/Step Ups)
Saturday:
Foundation – Bench + Conditioning (Push Ups/WB/KBS/Bike until your brain explodes)
Building – Back Squat + Deadlift + Row….until your brain explodes
Being – Skill Practice + Sled & Burpee Box Jumps
