Hi everyone! So our online Zoom classes got busier and busier last week. And while online classes definitely are not the same as being together, they are certainly better than nothing to get us through these less than ideal circumstances. If you are missing accountability or just having that set time to get your workout done, please consider giving it a try. Also please let me know if you are doing these workouts and you need anything you don’t have, like a lighter weight. I will arrange for you to pick it up.
