Week Preview Dec. 3 – 8

Hey, hey, we have a new time slot added this this week. Wednesdays at 6 am. We’re going to try it for this month and see how the attendance goes, so if you want it – make sure you use it!

Also, the new person in charge of FUN, Ashley, is helping plan a members Xmas/New Years get together. No details yet, but if she’s planning it, it’ll be FUN! The evening of Dec. 28 – so write it in your calendar.

Monday

Foundation: Cross bench pullover, Cuban Press, SA Farmers Walk, Sled Push, Pike Stretch

Building: Add: Push Jerk

Being: Add: T2B & S2O

 

Tuesday

Foundation: Row, Calf Raise, Tuck Ups, Front Sq, Ring Leg Curl

Building: Add: Hang Pwr Snatch & Snatch Deadlift or Back Squat

Being: Add: DU + WB, KBS, DB Pwr Snatch, DB Thruster

 

Wednesday

Learn how to add contract/relax and breath cycles to your stretching

 

Thursday

Foundation: Incline BB Bench, Scap Pull Ups, Neck Pull, Rev VMO Sled Drag, 90/90 Hip Stretches

Building: Add: Behind Neck Push Jerk

Being: Add: MU & HSPU’s

 

Friday

Foundation: Sled Push, Seated Good Morning, Leg Raise, Bike, Couch Stretch

Building: Add: Hang Pwr Cleans + Clean deadlift or Back Squat

Being: Add: 60 min AMRAP – Row, Pwr Cl + Front Squat, TTB, BJSD

 

Saturday

Conditioning – Join Coach Claire for a mixture of EVERYTHING!!

Lifting – Snatch, CJ, FS

Being – Handstand Practice
