Week Preview Dec. 27-31

Happy Holidays! We had a ton on fun with our holiday workouts this weekend! Most people were still feeling the Grinch when they showed up for 12 Days of Fitmas on Boxing Day. We have a funny week coming up, with two more days of holiday workouts and then back to regular schedule for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Your heavy lifting day this week is Thursday so don’t miss it. New cycle begins the week after this one, fresh and new, in January 2022!
