Week Preview Dec. 24-29

Lot’s of fun training planned for next week! The only day you can’t workout at the gym is Christmas, and Coach Brendan has some stretches planned for you that day sooo. . . get ready to bust out the pigeon pose in between eating and opening your presents.

Seriously though. . . it’ll make you feel better 😉

Monday – Christmas Eve

Join Coach Claire at 9:30 am and Coach Claire with special guest Coach Scotty at 2 pm for our holiday classic THE GRINCH

Tuesday – Christmas Day

Closed: Stretch @ Home

3 rounds increasing in intensity each round:

45-60s couch stretch/side

45-60s pigeon stretch/side

45-60s single leg pike/side

Wednesday – Boxing Day

Join Coach Claire at 9:30 am for 12 Days of Fitmas

Thursday

Foundation: Cross bench pullover, Cuban Press, SA Farmers Walk, Sled Push, Pike Stretch

Building: Add: Push Jerk

Being: Add: T2B & S2O

Friday

Foundation: Row, Calf Raise, Tuck Ups, Front Sq, Ring Leg Curl

Building: Add: Pwr Clean & Clean Grip Deadlift or Back Squat

Being: Add: DU + WB, KBS

9:00 pm BOWLING PARTY!!!!

Saturday

Join Coach Scott for Spy vs. Spy or Lifting
