Week Preview Dec 23-28

Hi guys! So it’s a holiday week for a lot of people but there’s still plenty of opportunity to get your exercise in. And believe me, you’ll feel a lot better if you do. You’ve got two opportunities to come out on Christmas Eve for our classic, The Grinch, and then we have 12 Days of Fitmas on Boxing Day.

Also keep the evening of January 3 open as we will be going out for a members Christmas get together and we will also be celebrating our 7 year anniversary!

Monday

Foundation: Split Squat, Tib raise, back ext., Tuck ups, Farmers Walk or Row

Building: Snatch, Snatch Deadlift or Back Squat

Being: T2B, Cleans, Box Jump, Row

Tuesday

Everyone: The Grinch!!

Wednesday

Thursday

Everyone: Join Coach Cathy for 12 Days of Fitmas!

Friday

Foundation: Bike, Step ups, Jefferson Curl, Hip Flexor Raise, Couch Stretch

Building: Cleans, Clean grip deadlift or squats

Being: DU’s, Hang Squat Snatch, Box Jump, Burpees

Saturday

Conditioning

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS

Being: Handstands, DU’s
