Okay to the program! Foundation is in week 3/5, Building 3/3 and Being will be happy to know they are in week 4/4. Lets party.
Monday:
Foundation – Gymnastic Strength until the cows come home.
Building – Snatch + Push Press & Chins + Conditioning (BJ/DB H-Cl/Push Up) OR Stregnth (DB Bench/Ring Row/Curls)
Being – Snatch + C&J + Press + CrossFit shenanigans (WB/DB Sn)
Tuesday:
Foundation – Front Squat + Single Leg Fun + Flopping on the floor for awhile and cursing life (Hollow/Arch Hold) + A couple rows for time
Building – Back Squat + Conditioning (Thruster/Sit Ups) OR Strength (Hip Ext./Core)
Being – FSQ + Clean + Skill work
Wednesday:
EVERYONE: THE GRINCH …. AHHHH HAHHAHAHAHAHA
– It is a bunch of stations, where you will be challenged physically, mentally, emotionally. Do you have what it takes to STEAL CHRISTMAS?!?!?!
Thursday: Closed – enjoy some family time and think about me.
Friday: Closed – Enjoy some family time and think about Tim.
Saturday:
Foundation – Back Squat + MAP (push ups/WB/KBS/AD)
Building – Back Squat + Deadlift + Rowing until the cows come home
Being – Gymnastic skill fun + Rowing until the mongoose comes home.
