We’re almost there, holidays are right around the corner! This week is entirely regular schedule but we have our traditional “How the Grinch Trained to Steal Christmas” workout on Saturday (Christmas Eve). Come join us for some fun, larger group, holiday workouts the following week.

Incline Bench, Ring Row, Heavy Sled push, Ab Wheel, Stretch

Foundation: GM, FS

Building: Hang Sn, BS

Tuesday

WB Workout!! (You either love this one or it’s your worst nightmare, can you guess??)

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

RDL, L-sit, Split Squat, QL Extension, CBP

Foundation: BTN Strict Press, Hip Thrust

Building: Hang Cl, Push Jerk

Friday

Shoulder Press, Chins, Sled Drag, Trap 3, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Gymnastics Skill EMOM

Building: CJ, Snatch plus HS’s

Saturday
