It’s a short week but I have a fun outdoor partner workout planned for you for Monday. Only two spots left so go sign up now!

Also this is the last week of this cycle, typically this is where we would hold a Feats of Strength to test things out on the weekend but it’s the middle of summer so we’re just gonna test during regular class time so more people have the opportunity.

Partner Holiday workout in the Park (still come to the gym beforehand)

Tuesday

Back Extension, Ext Rot., Dragon Flag, BTN Press, Rev Nordic

Foundation: Push Press, Sumo DL

Building: Snatch, CJ

Thursday

SL Back Extension, Band Pull in, Flye, Band Pull Apart, Wall Slides

 Everyone: Conditioning

Friday

Sled Push, Butterfly, Split Squat, Calf Raise, Gob Squat

Foundation: Split Squat, Bent Row

Building: Lift test, your choice

Saturday

Partner Workout
