Lots of news this week!
Sadly, we will not be seeing Coach Ludo around the gym anymore as he has moved out to rural Manitoba. BUT this week we will be starting to train a new coach! You all know and love Ashley, she attends at all times of the day and has been a member and training with us since 2015. She has a very keen eye for movement detail and a very encouraging and motivating personality that will lend itself really well to coaching. She will begin shadowing with our current coaches this week.
Last week of this cycle! It’s a little bit of a deload in preparation for Feats of Strength on Saturday. The way the game works is you get to pick your two favourite lifts and compete in a third mystery event to earn points. These are your choices and the points per lb lifted.
