Week Preview August 15-20

Hi guys! So we have two more weeks until the cycle is over. Next week is a bit of a deload during the week and then we’ll be doing our end of the block tester event, Feats of Strength. on August 27th. It only happens once every 6 months and it’s a fun time watching everyone try for a PR so try to make it out!

Conditioning

Thursday

Deadlift, Band pull in, Flyes, Powell Raise, SL Back Extn

Foundation: BB Split Squat, BB Row

Building: Snatch, FS

Friday

RDL, L-sit, Extn Rotation, Lateral Raise, Split Squat

Everyone: Conditioning (running) & Stretch

Saturday

Bench Press & Conditioning
