Week Preview Aug 4-8

Ok we begin a new cycle this week. The Building program will keep progressing through the 27 week Oly lifting cycle but the Foundation strength movements will change entirely. We also see the return of our Whiteboard Workouts and a bit of friendly competition.

Tuesday

TGU, Chins, Sled Drag, Trap 3, CBP, Pigeon + Lifting

Foundation: Bench Press, FS

Building: Power Snatch + BS

Wednesday

Conditioning + Stretching

Thursday

Whiteboard Workout!!

Friday

Seated GM, band pull in, Nordic, Reverse Step up, Couch Stretch, Calf Raise + Lifting

Foundation: Strict Press, BB Hip Thrust

Building: Pwr Clean, Jerk

Saturday

Conditioning

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS

Being: HS Walk Practice
