New cycle begins! Some focus on Oly lifting is back for the Building group. Wednesday conditioning and stretch classes will begin again after the long weekend and we will have a holiday class on that Monday.
New Health Orders were announced requiring that people resume wearing masks inside the gym when they are not exercising on the main floor and the orders also require all members using the facility to be fully vaccinated as of Sept. 3.
