Week Preview April 8-12

We continue to focus on strength in our big lifts in preparation for April 20th. Whiteboard Workout is back on Tuesday, dedicated conditioning Thursday and Saturday and don’t forget Saturdays are Bench Press day!

Monday

Foundation: Sled Push/Pull, Spider Curl, Back Squat, Tricep Ext., Goblet Squat

Building: Add: CJ, Back Squat

Tuesday

Everyone: Prep work then WHITEBOARD WORKOUT (includes running, dress appropriately)

Wednesday – Stretch and Mobility

Thursday

Foundation: Step Ups, Sled Drag, Ring Dip or Inc. Bench, Ring Row – Conditioning: Rower

Building: Add: Snatch, Front Squat

Friday

Foundation: Deadlift, Cross-Bench Pullover, L-sit, Trap 3 Raise, Jefferson Curl

Building: Power Clean & Power Jerk

Saturday

Foundation: Bench Press, Bike, Box Jumps, KBS

Lifting: Snatch, CJ, FS
