ALLLRIGHT! Hope everyone was well fed over the weekend and ready to lift, as all programs are now moving into more strength intensive cycles. Foundation continues with the ‘get right for the summer beach bod bonanza’ program, just shredding those upper bodies. THATS RIGHT BABAYYY!
Building begins a new cycle which sees them touching a barbell every day and mixing in some general athleticism. Being is also heavy on the barbell as we pull back the conditioning and let them recover from the opens. Couple notes before we get into the week preview, and you better listen because…
1) I would like to extend an invite… accompanied with a bribe… to join me and Brendan in a full blown spring cleaning of the gymnasium. We have a big list of things we want to get done in this hell hole (can you say shoe rack!?!?).. and we would like to just bang it out in one afternoon. Hey maybe I’ll even get around to hanging that second clock on the wall, I’ve only been thinking about it for a year now! If you are free on Saturday, April 25th beginning at 1pm, please join us. I will provide pizza and beer, if you don’t ingest those delicacies (What?) please just let me know and I will be more than happy to find an agreeable bribe. But beware, when I clean you better…
