Hi everyone! So this week: it’s your party and you can run if you want to. Don’t want to run? That’s fine. There are other things you can do.
In other news, the province has said that it is looking at a plan to slowly re-open businesses. They seem to be suggesting that they will likely look to what Saskatchewan has planned. Both Saskatchewan and NB have gyms listed as one of the more high risk businesses, which puts them well down the line of places to reopen.
I’ve written a few letters, hoping to prevent them from lumping all fitness businesses into the same group as large commercial gyms. Small gyms like ours pose much less risk than large ones. When they start to loosen restrictions, I believe it is logical that they should consider letting smaller operations open first.
In the meantime, on we go with our home program. There’s some challenging stuff going on this week! Also, I’m not sure if you have been keeping up with the adventurous walks we’ve been taking on Tuesdays and Thursdays, but they are quite lovely.

SL DL, Seated leg lifts, Floor Press, Powell Raise, Nordics or Superman, Deck Squats, OH Walking Lunges
