Okaaaaay, last week of this cycle so last week of these Foundation strength movements. You’ve been working on them for awhile so if you feel good you can test them out.

Monday

DB Flye, Trap 3, Sled Drag, Curls, Tricep Extension + Lifting

Foundation: Back Squat, Pendlay Row

Building: 3 position Snatch + OHS, Clean grip Deadlift

Tuesday

Bulgarian Split Squat, Tib Raise, SL Back Exten, Banded Hip Flexor, Butterfly Stretch + Conditioning

Wednesday

Stretch and Conditioning

Thursday

TGU, CGBP, DB Row, Sled Push/Pull, Couch stretch

Foundation: Deadlift, Push Press

Building: 3 position Cl + FS, Back Squat

Friday

Calf Raise, Nordic, Garhammer + Tempo FS/BS

Saturday
