We had a mix up on the Sublime Saturday Series events so just to clarify, the Big Three Lift (Squat/Deadlift/Bench) will take place Saturday, May 23rd. The program will prepare you for it, so expect to see some Bench and Deadlifting on the way!
But before that we will continue on this squat cycle, here comes week 3!
Monday:
Foundation – BSQ + Split Squats & Carry/Rack Walk + Hip Thrusts & Dragon Flags
Building – Snatch + Jerk + BSQ
Tuesday:
Foundation – FSQ + Alt. Emotm (DB Bench/Ring Row/Push Ups/Chin Ups)
Building – Clean & Jerk Complex + Alt. Emotm (Pull Ups/Push Ups/Pendlay Row/Push Press)
Wednesday & Thursday:
Foundation & Building – Intervals (WB/Box Jump/KBS/Bike/Burpees/Row)
Friday:
Foundation – BSQ + Oblique Raises/Mountain Climbers/Hollow Rock
Building – P-Sn + C&J + BSQ
Saturday:
Running Themed Workout!
