Alright the days are longer and the weather seems like it’s looking up. We’re taking a bit of a deload from the WB Workout this week, but we’ve got six of our members in their last few weeks stretch of training before they compete at the Comp, feel free to join them and keep them company during their extra work if you have time 🙂

Supine Band Pull in, Back Extension, Calf Raise, Goblet Squat, Pike Stretch
Foundation: Step ups, Strict Press
Building: Snatch, Clean Pull

Tuesday

Interval Conditioning

Wednesday

Conditioning & Stretch

Thursday

Shoulder Press, Chins, Trap 3, Sled Drag, Couch Stretch
Foundation: FS, Landmine Row
Building: Clean, BTN Push Jerk

Friday

SL Deadlift, Bulgarian Split Squat, Band Pull Apart, Sled, Pigeon Stretch

Foundation: Conditioning
Building: Back Squats

Saturday
