Week Preview April 15 – 20

This week is a special week because Tuesday morning will be Coach Stacie’s last coaching shift at the gym! For the next little while she’ll be off to do some personal and business related travelling and after that you may still see her around here and there doing some exercise on her own.  I’d like to thank Stacie for being a constant support throughout so many phases of business over the last 5 years. From transitioning ownership, to making videos for Covid workouts, she’s been there through it all. Good luck Stacie!!

Building: Snatch, BTN Push Jerk

Friday

Push ups or Dips, Chins ups, Sled Drag, trap 3, Couch Stretch

Foundation: Gymnastics practice EMOM
Building: Squats

Saturday
