Week Preview – April 20-25

If it’s actually +15-20 this week I might open the door if you can all PROMISE you won’t waltz in and walk across the whole gym in your outdoor shoes. The coaches have been given permission to throw any empty water bottle lying around at you if you do not remove your shoes.

Tempo Squat
