Week Preview April 20-25

So it looks like the weather could improve enough that we might be able to add some running to our workouts during the last week of April. So this week I’d like you to try and determine what a 200 m run out your door looks like. So that if you run there and back it’ll be 400 m. That’s the same distance as our Aikins run from the gym. You have at least next week to figure it out!

Monday

Russian Step ups, Bicep curl, SL Glute Bridge, Split Squat, Plank, Russian Twist, Stretching

Tuesday

Superman, Extn Rotation, Deadbug, Shoulder Press, Tib Raise, Skipping, Pushups, Jump Squats, Burpees

Bonus: Group KP walk outside 9:45.

Wednesday

Recovery – stretching and outdoor steady state cardio

Thursday

Whiteboard Workout

Bonus: Group KP walk outside 9:45.

Friday

Sissy Squats, Cross Bench Pullover, Goblet Squat, Trap 3 Raise, Skipping, DB Thrusters or Snatch, HSPU’s

Saturday

Conditioning
