Foundation hits the final week of their current cycle and is rewarded with a de-load. Building and Being round the corner in week 3/4. It is a fun looking week for you guys, tough conditioning pieces, I walked in on Brendan when he was finalizing the program and snapped a pic.
Monday:
Foundation – TGU + Incline Bench & Chins + EMOM (DB’s & Bicycles)
Building – Front Squat + Press + A little 12:00 Amrap to start your week right.
Tuesday:
Foundation – Deadlift + A Loooooooong Aerobic Piece
Building – Snatch + Deadlift + Getting sweaty with DB’s & Burpees
Wednesday:
Foundation – Upper Body Shredding
Building – Rest
Thursday:
Foundation – Rest
Building – Back Squat + Bench + Soooo many Push Ups & Dips & rowing!
Friday:
Foundation – Back Squat + RDL + Mid-line Work
Building – Clean + EMOM Till You Can’t Even
Saturday:
Foundation – DB Bench & Ring Row + Curls + Running & Burpees
Building – Snatch + Grinder (Push Press/Run/Back Squat/Deadlift)
