Week Preview April 17-22

Hi guys, new cycle begins this week. Our Whiteboard Workouts are back on Tuesdays (we’ve got 8 members who need these to get competition ready in the next 3 weeks!).

Also we’re doing Double Baseline at the end of the month and I’m doing a practice of the regular baseline in this Wednesdays class. The Baseline is a great time for you to have in your square on the board as a general fitness and bodyweight strength tester, so if you can’t come Wednesday afternoon feel free to ask your coach if you can try it at a different time. The time cap is 5 minutes.

Also please note that a lot of the classes are full (very much so on Saturdays) so if you take a spot and don’t show up or don’t cancel until the last minute you are very likely preventing someone else from coming. So please be conscientious about your bookings.

Baseline Tester & Stretch

Building: Power Clean, BTN Push Jerk

Friday

Everyone: Tempo FS BS

Saturday

Aerobic Pace Conditioning (possible running)
